چکیده

Objective: This study aimed to compare the condyle position of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in patients with disc displacement reduction (DDWR) between and without arthralgia using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: A total 39 adult were examined retrospectively divided into three groups: 14 (21 joints) TMJ DDWR arthralgia, (14 11 asymptomatic (22 joints). Joint space measurements assessed sagittal coronal CBCT images. The radiographic data correlated subgroups. One-Way ANOVA test was used for analysis normally distributed data, Kruskal Walis H non-normally comparisons or more groups. relationship categorical Chi-Square analysis. descriptive statistical method (Mean, Median, Standard Deviation, Minimum-Maximum) while evaluating data. confidence interval set at 0.05 Results: There no significant difference age gender mean posterior lateral distance found significantly higher painful group than painless group, incidence anterior condylar control respectively. However, there mediolateral variables among Conclusion: Anterior may be pain disorders.
